Abstract :
The integrated information system is an integral part of the integrated management for construction projects. Based on the analysis of the problems of the current construction project information system and the characteristics of the phases of the construction lifecycle, this paper develops a lifecycle function model for construction projects by the IDEFO modeling technique that is usually used in the complex industry design. This model could serve as the foundation of developing the all- phase integrated management information system and contribute to the development of the integrated management theory.
