Abstract :
The main thesis of this project is on dynamic monitoring, analysis and evaluation of large-scale projects to provide a 3-dimensional project evaluation and effective basis for investment decisions for government from nationwide to different industries. This paper presents a dynamic monitoring and evaluation system architecture, and model on comprehensive evaluation and management applications for large-scale projects. It also designs an adjustable dynamic management model based on the 3-dimensional model for different evaluations.
