  • Abstract
    A technique for engineering calculation of acoustic impedance frequency dependence of multilayered structure is offered and generalized when in its separate elements a springy wave reduction occurs. An algorithm and program for input impedance calculation have been realized. Numerical results calculated for ZnO-Al-Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/ structure are presented.
