Abstract :
The results of measurements of nonlinear microwave response of ceramic high-T/sub c/ superconductor are presented. A new technique of local investigation of nonlinearity was worked out. The temperature and dc magnetic field dependencies of the third harmonic power were used for the analysis of origin of nonlinearity in HTS.
