  • Abstract
    Temperature is one of the main parameters of hollow blow molding machine. Excellent control over temperature cannot only enhance the quality of products, but also reduce energy consume and enhance efficiency. This paper studies temperature control system of hollow blow molding machine. At the beginning, characteristics of the controlled object have been analyzed and find it is a hysteresis system. In the end, this paper brings forward a right way to solve this problem, which is fuzzy control with PID control. Experiments results indicate it is excellent.
