Abstract :
This paper proposes an error robust multiplexing scheme for a mobile multimedia communication system. This scheme is based on ITU-T H.223 and aiming at higher error robustness by employing a Reed-Solomon code. The simulation results on a Rayleigh fading channel show that the proposed scheme improves the performance over the conventional H.223 Annex based schemes
