Abstract
In the paper nonradiation electromagnetic polaritons (surface and bulk) in semiconductor structures, consisting of two heterojunctions, GaAs/AlGaAs, under the conditions of integer quantum Hall effect (IQHE), have been investigated. Their dispersion, polarization and energy characteristics have been determined, taking into account the dissipation in two-dimensional systems.
