Abstract
Angiogenesis is not only physiological changes necessary for some process, but also some scientists have found it plays a role in development of cancer. When the tumor is newly formed, the cancer cell itself or the surrounding connective tissue secretes many proteins to promote angiogenesis. These substances will activate endothelial cells, for example: (a) decomposition of the tumor surrounding connective tissue damage; (b) endothelial cell proliferation; (c) the place of endothelial cells to promote the secretion of angiogenic substance transportation; (d) endothelial cells is reassembled into new blood vessels. We try to mimic the phenomenon of the angiogenic by chip.
