  • Abstract
Equipment currently available for rotator cuff rehabilitation is either costly or limited in its versatility. The rotator cuff therapeutic mechanism (RCTM) described is an exercise device intended to work injured, surgically repaired, and healthy rotator cuff muscles. The RCTM is able to exercise the left or right rotator cuff, internally or externally, using three different exercises. The device utilizes positive/negative work and accommodating-resistance cams for each exercise.<>
