Abstract
The results of minimization in a strip of frequencies of the factor of transformation of the primary converter of falling or penetrating power are given on the basis of an absorbing wall with sensitive unequal elements of the marginal sizes located on a wide wall of the rectangular waveguide. As a criterion of optimality we accept the equality of values of losses capacity (on two rectangular sites of a wide wall waveguide) on boundary frequencies of a working strip of frequencies.
