Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to study decentralized resource allocation and information capacity in a wireless dynamic multimedia network, where different users may have different time-varying data rates. By applying game theory under uncertainty, this paper seeks to study the dynamic allocation of transmit powers and rates of a multimedia network in the case of an uncertain link gain matrix
