Abstract :
A narrowband and a wideband analysis of propagation in tunnels is presented. The theoretical approach is based on simple image theory and can only be applied for straight rectangular tunnels. Many experiments have thus been made in various tunnels to examine the influence of both the frequency and the tunnel curvature
