Innovation Research Management on the Quality Business for Military Enterprises Based on Tetrahedron Structure Model

The military enterprises are still restricted in the traditional enterprises management system and business pattern, although they are under the market economy mechanism. According to the problem existing between the present military enterprises and the market economy, this paper brings forward the strategy framework for the military enterprises taking the quality business as its core, makes a three levels analysis to its effects, forms the tetrahedron structure model with continuous competition ability based on the quality business and makes further research on the four mechanisms of the model, namely the quality management mechanism, quality assurance mechanism, quality competitive mechanism, quality adaptability mechanism. Meanwhile, this paper also gives detailed definition and meanings of the innovational tetrahedron structure model, and explores the cooperation effects of the four factors for the quality business mechanism, and finally concludes that the implementation of the quality business mechanism in the military enterprises is a must to satisfy the market and engage in the international military products competition.
