Abstract :
This paper describes an adaptive forward subchannel control scheme of the OFDM mobile communication system. The transmission channel conditions are estimated using the MUSIC (multiple signal classification) method and the proposed adaptive estimator. The simulation results clarify that the forward subchannel control scheme improves by 4.5 dB the Eb/N0, which aids in more effectively obtaining the 10-2 of the BER (bit error rate)
