Abstract :
In this paper, a method to determine the reciprocity of RF mixers is proposed, based on fully calibrated 3-port large signal network analyser measurements. Besides revealing the reciprocity of the mixers, these type of measurements can also be used to yield the match conditions at all ports as well as magnitude, phase and group delay response of the conversion loss of the mixer.
