Abstract
Specifying the transmission rate as the indicator of system throughput, the paper proposes an improved parallel algorithm of color sensitive graph coloring principle based on allocation adjustment factor for centralized cognitive radio communication network. By using the allocation adjustment factor, the spectrum allocation can better balance the total transmission rate of the system and the allocation fairness of the cognitive users. The numerical simulation results show that the proposed algorithm achieves allocation fairness under the premise of guaranteeing system total transmission rate as much as possible, comparing with the improved parallel algorithm based on Collaborative Max-Proportional-Fair rule of color sensitive graph coloring principle.
