Abstract :
The compensational loop constituted by the gasflow style angular velocity gyroscope was proposed to improve signal of gasflow style tilt. The compensational loop could remove acceleration interfere from the signal of tilt. This gasflow type assembled inertial sensor not only measured static state angular, but also restrained the acceleration disturbance that interfered the output signal of tilt under dynamic situation. Therefore, the outputs signal of tilt was increased greatly. Moreover, the output signal included angle velocity signal
