Engineering education: helping people to develop

The article argues that engineering education, like other academic disciplines, is a language in which to understand, structure discuss and change the world. It is inherently a communicating affair. It further argues that engineering education must be sure to be understood as being at least as much about people as it is about things; and not just about people but about people thinking and doing things together
