After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

On account of the increasing customer demands and the requirements of the fierce competition environment facing to the steelmaking industry, in order to improve the traditional quality management based on test, a quantitative process quality control method is researched and proposed in this paper, and a closed-loop quality control model based on SPC is established, in which x macr-control chart and R-control chart are applied, and together with the corresponding process capability analysis on dimension of process capability indices (Cp and Cpm), hence the fluctuation of certain quality characteristics of the production process are monitored and controlled.
