Abstract
It is significant to appraise service quality of logistics enterprises. In this paper, based on analysis impact factors for service quality of logistics enterprises, we proposed a set of assessment indexes, given the method of determining the assessment indexes weights using fuzzy AHP, and put forth a comprehensive assessment model based on TOPSIS. Finally, a numerical example shows that the method is effective and feasible.
