  • Abstract
    As is strongly promoted by the state important strategy of "energy conservation and emission reduction", the development of energy conservation of construction has been deepened in a comprehensive manner. Building energy conservation project appraisal is a system engineering involved many factors, single-index appraisal can\´t enforce the energy conservation project diffused more effectively. This paper design a multi-index appraisal system, gives a method to quantitatively describe appraisal on building energy conservation project. Established an appraisal model based on unascertained theory, and sets up the weight of classification index by information entropy, more valuable to application, promote good energy conservation technology diffused.
