Study on Energy Safety and Corporation in Northeast Asia

Nowadays, energy safety is closely related with state safety. Under the global energy market system, if a country only considers its own safety, it always goes to the opposite direction, especially facing energy crisis, it must depend on the collective strength and the wisdom. In the paper, first we defined the concept of energy safety, analyzed the current situation of energy safety of Northeast Asia from two aspects, which are the demand and supply of energy and the feasibility of energy safety corporation. We also took out the strategies which could ensure energy safety. We aimed to find out the crossing point of interest which could benefit the countries of Northeast Asia and found the corporation mechanism that could maximize every country´s interest.
