Abstract :
With Bi2Ru2O7 as the conductive phase, a new type of thick-film strain resistor is made, whose gauge factor (GF) is up to 15-17 and its work temperature is up to 150degC The method of Bi2Ru2O7 conductive phase and the sensitive material is introduced. The effects the conductive phase particle size between of the GF of the Ru-based thick-film strain resistor is discussed mainly. And the conduction mechanism is also explained.
