Abstract :
Successful run of the peak and valley time-of-use electricity price needs a proper method to share the lost between the selling side and the generating side. The paper studied and analyzed the generating tariff and selling tariff, considered the running conditions of peak-valley time-of- use tariff in China, and then introduced a new electricity price linkage mechanism of selling side and generating side.
