Abstract :
With the wild application of e-business and the rapid development of modern service industries, a significant impact on the traditional tourism in many ways has happened. With value chain theory, this paper made an analysis of the distinctive features and forms of the tourism value chain. By profit model analysis, it discussed four elements of profit model. At last, a case study of Ctrip included value chain and profit model analysis was given.
