Abstract :
External environment is one of the crucial factors in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The paper establishes an evaluation system of external environment of SMEs. Then it uses structure equation model (SEM), fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and principal component analysis (PCA) to evaluate external environment of SMEs respectively and gets the best method with nonparameter test.
