Abstract :
According to the requirements of the State Grid Corporation´s document and the local actual situation, this paper establishes the customer satisfaction evaluation indicator system. And it has carried on investigation in an area, and carried on the analysis of the investigation result. It proposes an appropriate customer satisfaction index structural equation model, and uses Amos software obtaining the CSI of the customers in this area. In order to enhance the customer satisfaction Index and make the enterprise keeping sustained development, this paper proposes some upgrade strategies.
