Abstract
Enterprise is a kind of complex systems and enterprise operation is the process of complex system operation, which involves many factors such as enterprise resources, the operation mode and the external environment of enterprises. The factors affecting the performance of enterprises are analyzed based on the theory of complex science management and synergetics. The theoretical analysis indicates that the integration model of enterprise resources is the key factor of enterprise performance, which is a slow variable and the main order parameter in the enterprise system evolution process. The self-organization model of system elements related to the initial system state has a great influence on enterprise operation performance, which is the minor order parameter. The ideas can be applied to the theoretical research and the operation performance improvement on enterprise complex systems.
