Abstract :
Problems existing in traditional technical service model was analyzed, in order to solve these problems and improve quality and efficiency of technical service, shorten the producing cycle of product, a new mode of the technical service was presented, which was the networked technical service oriented product lifecycle based on the multi agent technique, network technique and modern communications technique. Function of the system was analyzed, architecture of the system was study and workflow of the system was researched. Base on these works a prototype system of networked technical service was developed. Enterprises can provide all kind of technical service for producers and clients. Results of the system running prove its security, practicability and high efficiency. Research works provide academic and technical reference for enterprises to actualize the networked technical service.
