Abstract :
This paper analyzed the existing problems of traditional OLTP system on decision-making of real estate, presented spatial data warehouse(SDW) model for digital real estate integration based on semantic web, hierarchical structure, main principles and theory of integration model are discussed, and with a view to building the National Virtual Spatial Data Warehouse Platform which according to the county, provincial, national multi-level management model.
