The Employment Effect and Policy Innovation of Financial Industry in China

As a kind of service economy, the financial industry could play an important role in releasing China´s unemployment pressure and promoting economic growth; especially it could have a strong active employment effect in the economic development. This paper uses the financial innovation theory to analyze the employment effect of the financial industry in China, and then focuses on analyzing the direct employment effect of the financial industry. At last, it puts out some suggestions on innovational policy choices for developing of the financial industry in order to improve its employment effect fully.
