The Economic Benefit Analysis of Private Technological Enterprises in Wenzhou Based on TOPSIS

The purpose of this study is to provide decision-making reference data for administrators and supervisors by analysing and evaluating economic benefits of the private technological enterprises in Wenzhou scientifically, objectively and fairly, with the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method. Methods one hundred and nine private technological enterprises in Wenzhou were investigated and classified according to their registration type. Then, the TOPSIS method was conducted to analyse the economic benefit of these enterprises. Results according to the composite scores, the top six are enterprises jointly established by investors from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, enterprises solely established by investors from Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan, collectively-owned enterprises, limited cooperation companies, limited liability companies and joint-equity cooperative enterprises. According to the results, government get a objective recognition of the enterprises and pay more attention to the companies which have gained satisfied economic benefits. Then the government can introduce different policies to the companies with different registration types, so as to promote the technology of private enterprises in Wenzhou to have a better development.
