Title :
Phase Errors in Noise Waveform d-In-SAR due to Antenna Trajectory Distortions and Receiver Noise
Abstract :
The work is dedicated to analysis of the phase errors in Noise Waveform SAR (NW-SAR) and their influence on the precision on the measurements made with the help of the differential SAR interferomety (d-InSAR) method. One of the promising applications of d-InSAR is monitoring of engineer constructions state with the help of ground based SAR systems. Precise repeatability of the antenna trajectory and high signal to noise (s/n) ratio are the key requirements of the method. The aim of the current work is to provide analysis of the phase errors in differential SAR interferometry caused by antenna distortions and s/n ratio of the SAR. For this purpose the analytical relations are used to describe the phase errors. The results included in the work are used in SAR Tx/Rx unit and scanning antenna design.
