The Rising of Mid-China and Human Resource Development Strategy of Professionals

Abstract :
While the rising of mid-China has been strategically planned, the facts show that human resource development (HRD) of professionals in mid-China is still one of the biggest obstacles. The stakeholders now focus on how to realize the basic role of HRD strategy of professionals for the strategy. This paper analyzes the urgent status quo of HRD strategy of professionals of mid-China from strategy, resource, brain-drain and structure perspectives. Secondly, the author analyzes the macro conditions from human capital theory and endogenous growth theory perspective. Thirdly, the author analyzes the micro bases from human resource competitive strategy perspective. And finally, some relative suggestions are discussed. This study is of both organization and public policy relevance and, in additions, attempts to fill the gap in the HRD literature.
