Abstract :
This paper presents the control design of a peak current-mode controlled multi-module bidirectional battery charging/discharging converter. The reduced-order modeling technique is combined with the small-signal model of current mode control, leading to design procedures for both current sensing network and voltage feedback compensation. Theoretical predictions are confirmed with both small-signal simulations and experiments.
