Abstract :
To meet the rapid development of the socialist market economy and deepen reform of the government investment system, the Chinese government is vigorously practicing the Agent Construction System. Reasonable evaluation of the construction agents´ work is not only able to reflect the government´s satisfaction objectively, but also to guide construction agents to discover their own problems, and enhance the management level. This paper presents an evaluation index system based on construction agents´ work on investment, progress, quality, safety and environment, and puts forward a synthetic evaluation method which combines the variable weight synthesizing theory and AHP. This model can adjust the index´ weights according to index´ evaluation values, reach the effect of penalty and incentive, and can be used to assess the construction agents´ management performance more reasonable.
