  • Abstract
Since the existing test method has drawbacks of long period, low efficiency, and non-repeatability, the advanced miniaturized testbed network is established to emulate the actual network for 3G/B3G systems. This paper focuses on the performance evaluation of the existing network and the advanced testbed network in statistic dimension and time dimension. Both the outfield testing and the system-level simulation are adopted for the performance analysis. Good fitness between the actual network and the testbed network is achieved in both traffic channel and broadcasting channel. The conclusion indicates: the advanced testbed network represented by the simulation platform could simulate the actual system from the aspect of the given output metrics, and configurations and parameters of the platform can be valuable suggestions for the establishment of advanced testbed network.
