Abstract
At present the rural public service facilities in our country is scarce and human settlement allows of no optimist. This paper discusses the difference between rural public service facilities and urban infrastructures based on the connotation and attributes of rural public service facilities, and analyzes such problems in the process of building rural public facilities as backward facilities, insufficient capital investment, single investment subjects and lower marketization, and finally puts forward countermeasures in building public service facilities of new socialist countryside through making a scientific plan, clearly defining government responsibilities, broadening investment channels and promoting marketized management of construction and operation.
