Abstract :
In this paper, value chain is regarded as a kind of strategic tool of E-commerce enterprises´ information resources management (IRM). By reconstructing value chain, value-added links and approaches are identified. As a result, the efficiency of IRM is improved and core competence & competitive advantage of E-commerce enterprises is strengthened.
