Abstract :
The current status of Ameritech´s experience with the integrated services digital network (ISDN) is reviewed, and the future direction of regional application is examined. The trial architecture is discussed along with the capabilities tested during the trial. Also considered are the Ameritech integrated digital network tariff, the system capacity charge concept, and service alternatives
