The authors describe many of the ISDN (integrated services digital network) applications that Southwestern Bell Telephone has been exploring with the users of ISDN. The customer applications shown stress the advantages of integration, accessibility, performance, and the economics of ISDN. It is concluded that the application of this technology to provide customer-focused solutions is the proper direction and priority
