Research on Framework of Public Crisis Management System under the Circumstance of E-Governance

The rapid development of E-governance provides favorable conditions for effective prevention, instant response and comprehensive evaluation of modern crisis. This essay proposes the overall framework of government crisis management system under electronic governance. It also makes detailed introduction of the four sections and their respective functions that make up the framework, which are safety pre-warning subsystem, status tracking subsystem, emergency disposal subsystem, effects evaluation and compensation subsystem. The framework could be used as the basis of establishing government crisis management system under the circumstance of electronic governance.
