  • Abstract
The evaluation of quality of service QoS specifically in the packet routing satisfies the requirements of performance and maximizes the utilization of networkpsilas resources by means of selection of paths based on the resources needed. More of the investigations about the quality of service are related to the routing, and they focus inside of one-domain. BGP, the standard for the inter-domain routing does not provide mechanism to evaluate the quality of service and taking this in consideration and having in mind that the quality of service experienced by the users is influenced by all the domains through the end to end path, in order to that idea it is necessary the development of schemes of inter-domain routing that evaluate efficiently the quality of service. The proposed research is focused in the application of computational intelligence in a prototype of interdomain routing based in policies. An approach with fuzzy logic to evaluate the quality of service is introduced, with the purpose to select paths depending on multiple heterogeneous criteria.
