Abstract :
In this paper, the authors present a newly developed scheme for access by field engineers and students alike, within the general framework of the continuing education program at the Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST). This approach for distance learning was inspired from the GIPSECA project, whereby a series of modules will be developed by the faculty of electrical enginering at JUST to fit within the general framework of the GIPSECA project
