Research on the Development of Logistics Based on E-Commerce

In recent years, with the development of knowledge economy and the construction of information highway, E- commerce has become a global trend and is booming on the internet. E-commerce is quickly seeping through every industry, linking enterprises, associations, governments and individuals together. E-commerce has been changing the traditional industrial structure, which certainly influences logistics. Nowadays, E-commerce and logistics are closely interrelated. On one hand, E-commerce produces a great influence on logistics, which should adopt new development strategies under E- commerce environment. On the other hand, the influence of logistics upon E-commerce can´t be neglected. Therefore, how to manage logistics based on E-commerce is a new realm which needs special research. The paper commences with the relationship of E-commerce and logistics, then analyzes the existing problems in the development process of our E- commercial logistics and finally, according to the problems, puts forward corresponding countermeasures for implementing our E-commercial logistics.
