Abstract :
Authentic leadership is an emerging theory in recently years. Can authentic leadership predict organization citizenship behavior? This article firstly introduced definitions of authentic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, and then discussed relevant structure models and previous researches on the relationship. We contributed some regard consensus in this concept based on theory reviews. In addition, we suggested that further researches, especially empirical studies could be carried on the relationship between authentic leadership and other variables.
