Abstract :
This paper describes current development of surface acoustic wave filter (SAWF) using slanted finger interdigital transducer (SFIT), and then the principle of the SFIT is introduced by using the impulse response model. At the same time, the paper also puts forward a new structure which slopes at different subsection. The simulation result shows that various frequency response could be fulfilled by changing the steepening angle of the sub-segments
