  • Abstract
    This paper analyze the structure and network security strategy as well as expounding the key technologies and methods based on characteristics of small town´s e-government system. Its discuss the main difficulties of database access and network security of small town´s e-government system. After a case of e-government system is studied in Hengdian (a town in Zhejiang province), solutions are put forward to deal with these problems in e-government of small-town. Establish intranet architecture and an open platform forms, which uses the B / S structure, a three-tier logical one, together with the network architecture. Processing of information exchange and dispose is used ADO and ASP provide database information pages, and run the orders of SQL (structured language query) in information pages. Realize information security with information access and information transmission.
