Abstract :
It is important to know the ozone concentration for raising the ozone yield and the analysis of discharged effect. In previous research, the measurement of ozone concentration using UV absorption technique on the condition that plate electrode (Ground) and wire electrode (High Voltage) is parallel was done. The ozone concentration using UV absorption technique is effective only if the ozone concentration of the light path is constant. The ozone concentration of the light path is not constant in the cases of using the large or unsteady flow field or non-uniform electric field Ozonizer. In this research, the measuring system of ozone concentration in the vertical direction for the ground electrode is developed and the ozone concentration was measured.
