This paper set forth the types of government knowledge management on the basis of discussing the characteristics of e-government governance mode under the background of knowledge management and then carry through the analysis of e-government governance mode innovation from three lays: vision lay, linking lay and foundation lay so as to put forward decision-making reference for establishing new-type government governance mode.
